- Sep 3012:00 PMMindfulness MeditationWhether you are an experienced meditation practitioner or a brand new beginner, you are welcome to attend weekly mindfulness meditation sessions in the Meditation Chapel on Tuesdays 12:00-12:45, beginning on January 21st. Kim Daubman, professor emerita and certified meditation teacher, will lead the sessions. Sessions will include some discussion of the benefits of meditation and how to sustain a practice, but the bulk of the time will be spent in lightly guided meditation.
